A rare, exceptional Geisha batch produced by the Mena brothers, sixth generation on their "Villa España" farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec coffee region of El Salvador. Grown at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,400 m, this batch is from the 2024–25 harvest and has an SCA score of 88 P.
Fermented anaerobically in cherries, then de-pulped, washed and dried naturally, it gives a floral profile, and sophisticated notes predominate in its aroma and taste: red cherries, strawberries, jasmine, passion fruit, peach, melon, honey, panela and a touch of rose. An elegant, complex and perfect geisha for lovers of coffee of origin with a fruity and floral profile.
