TANZANIA TWIGA

In the heart of East Africa, where red earth meets blue sky and Mount Kilimanjaro watches silently over green expanses, a coffee with an African character is born — Twiga coffee. Grown in the fertile Kilimanjaro and Arusha regions, at altitudes between 1400 and 1800 meters, this coffee carries within it the spirit of community. Here, several cooperatives of small farmers have united, giving birth to a larger family — a community that has taken the name Twiga, a word that in Swahili means giraffe, a symbol of grace and broad perspective. ☕️ Twiga coffee is made from Bourbon and Kent varieties, varieties known for their natural sweetness and aromatic complexity. Under the rays of the African sun and in the shade of tall trees, the beans grow slowly, absorbing the minerals of the volcanic soil and the calm rhythm of life at the foot of the mountain.

Each harvest is carefully hand-picked, processed with respect for tradition, and sent into the world not just as a coffee, but as a story — a story of unity, dignity, and passion for quality.

With light shades of currant, chamomile, and toffee, this coffee will gently energize you and teleport you to the African continent.

  • Origin

The place where it grows gives it its character. The altitude, soil, and climate are all reflected in its acidity and body.

  • The process

How the bean is processed after harvesting. Washed comes out clean and bright. Natural, sweeter and fruitier

  • Frying

A lighter roast brings out floral and fruity notes. A darker one, cocoa and caramel flavors.

  • Flavor profile

The notes you sense—fruity, floral, chocolatey, or nutty—tell you what to expect even before the first sip
